World Challenge Announces Initial 2010 Dates

TOPEKA, Kan. (Nov. 2, 2009) - Building off the positive momentum established during a landmark 2009 season, WC Vision and SCCA Pro Racing have announced five of the nine events that will make up the 2010 SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT and Touring Car Championships.

Streets of Long Beach (with IRL/ALMS)

July 2 – 4
Watkins Glen International (with IRL)
Watkins Glen, N.Y.

July 17 – 18
Streets of Toronto (with IRL)
Toronto, Canada

Aug. 6 – 8
Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (with IRL/ALMS)
Lexington, Ohio
In an effort to keep both classes together throughout the season, it is anticipated that the Touring Car and GT classes may be combined at a handful of select weekends, including Long Beach.
